sharing, gaming, and discovery. To ensure Wiply remains an authentic and secure environment
for our global community, all users must adhere to these Community Guidelines. Failure to
follow these rules may result in content removal, feature limitations, account suspension, or
permanent termination of your profile.
These guidelines have been structurally updated to comply fully with European digital
regulations, including the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).

● Respect: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Foster constructive dialogue and
avoid harmful behavior.
● Authenticity: Be yourself, share genuine content, and respect platform transparency.
Avoid deceptive practices.
● Legality & Compliance: All activities on Wiply must comply with applicable local and
international frameworks, including European Union digital regulations.
In accordance with the European Digital Services Act (DSA), Wiply implements clear, objective,
and proportionate content moderation policies. If your content is restricted, blurred, or removed,
or if your account features are limited, you will be provided with a formal "Statement of
Reasons" outlining the specific rule violated and the automated or human review process used
to determine the action.
If you disagree with a moderation decision (such as content removal or account suspension),
you have the right to lodge an appeal free of charge through our internal complaint-handling
system. Appeals must be submitted within six months of the original decision. Our safety team
will review the case thoroughly under human oversight.
Wiply is fully compliant with the GDPR. You maintain absolute rights over your personal data,
profile visibility options, and tracking preferences. You can access, rectify, restrict, or request the
permanent deletion of your data directly through your Account Settings suite at any time.
Wiply enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or exploitation that
endangers or harms minors. This includes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and grooming
behaviors. In compliance with EU regulations and global law, Wiply proactively reports
identifying indicators of CSAM to the relevant national authorities and the National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
We do not permit attacks or hateful content targeting individuals or groups based on protected
characteristics such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender,
gender identity, serious disease, disability, or immigration status. This includes hateful slurs,
symbols, targeted stalking, and threats of physical harm.
Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies suicide or self-harm is strictly prohibited and will
be removed. Wiply provides dedicated help resources and may coordinate with localized
emergency services if an individual is determined to be in critical distress.
We prohibit excessively graphic media, realistic threats of violence, incitement to violent acts, or
instructional materials regarding weapons intended for harm. Exceptions may be applied
selectively for historical, educational, or news reporting contexts, subject to clear warning
screens or age-gating.
Wiply respects user choices for consenting adults while protecting our community from
unexpected exposure to explicit material:
● Prohibited Material: Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual exploitation,
solicitation, or illegal pornography is strictly prohibited and instantly expunged.
● Consensual Material Blurring: Media depicting consensual adult nudity is automatically
detected at ingestion via AI filters and blurred by default.
● User Discretion: Consenting adult users can manually click on a blurred image to reveal
the hidden layer if it complies with all other legal and contextual parameters.
The promotion, sale, or distribution of illegal or heavily regulated items is strictly forbidden on
Wiply. This includes firearms, explosives, controlled prescription drugs, tobacco, unauthorized
gambling, financial scams, or deceptive phishing networks.
Respect copyright and trademark frameworks. Only share original content or media you have
explicit legal authority to distribute. Wiply complies with valid notice-and-action mechanisms
(including the DMCA and the EU Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive) to remove
infringing files upon receiving verified documentation from rights holders.
Do not engage in malicious spamming, artificial metric inflation (fake likes, followers, or
comment bots), or the coordinated dissemination of harmful disinformation capable of causing
real-world public harm or legal disruptions.
If you encounter content or profiles breaking these guidelines, utilize our built-in reporting
mechanics by clicking the dropdown options menu (three small dots) next to any post and
selecting "Report Abuse." European users may explicitly flag illegal content under the DSA
reporting framework. Filing intentionally malicious or bad-faith reports is also a policy violation.
