Wiply Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Wiply Corp OÜ, registry code 16444101, VAT number EE102471139, Ahtri tn 12, 10151 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia ("Wiply", "we"), for the use of the Wiply social network, Cassy AI, Wiply Studio, the Help Center and our other services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Standards.

Wiply is a social network for people who live, play and create in virtual worlds, metaverses and video games.


1. Your account

  1. You must be at least 16 years old. Adult content is only available to members aged 18 or over.
  2. Give accurate information, keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
  3. One person may not create accounts to evade a suspension.


2. Your content

  1. You keep all rights to what you post and create. You give Wiply a non-exclusive, worldwide, free licence to store, show and share your content on the Services according to your privacy settings, only for the purpose of running the Services. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared or that we must keep by law.
  2. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it.
  3. Your content must follow our Community Standards. We may blur, label or set content to private, or remove illegal content, as described there.
  4. When you share content from a virtual world, metaverse or game (screenshots, builds, avatars, mods, videos, streams), you must also respect the terms of that world or game and the rights of its creators. Wiply is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any virtual world or game publisher, such as Linden Lab (Second Life); their names and trademarks belong to their owners.


3. Cassy AI and other AI features

  1. Cassy is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Its answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information, and do not rely on Cassy for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
  2. You may use what Cassy creates for you, including for commercial purposes, within the law and these Terms. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar output may be created for other users, and we cannot guarantee that it is free from third-party rights.
  3. When you publish AI-generated images, audio or video that look real, you must disclose that they were generated by AI.
  4. Do not use Cassy to create illegal content, to harass or imitate real people, to create sexual content involving real people or minors, to write malware, or to get around our safety measures.
  5. Cassy can remember your preferences if memory is enabled. You control it in Settings → Personalization.
  6. We may add, change or remove AI models and features to improve the Services.


4. Plans, credits and payments

  1. Our services, including the Wiply social network, Wiply Studio and Cassy AI, may each offer free and paid plans. The price, duration and what each plan includes are always shown before you buy.
  2. AI credits measure the use of AI features. Free members receive a daily allowance that renews automatically; unused daily credits do not accumulate. Purchased credits remain valid for the period shown at the time of purchase.
  3. Credits and wallet balance have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise.
  4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers): you can cancel a purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to start providing digital content or services immediately, for example by using purchased credits, you accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already used.
  5. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.


5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, send spam, collect other members' data, attack or overload our systems, resell access to the Services, or access them with automated tools except through the interfaces we provide.


6. Moderation, suspension and appeals

We moderate as described in our Community Standards: automatic protection first, dialogue before action, private instead of deleted, and suspension only as a last resort. We always explain our decisions and you can ask for a review. You can close your account at any time in Settings.


7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the Services and these Terms; we will tell you about important changes in advance. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services and close your account.


8. Liability

We are liable according to the law for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for harm to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data you did not back up, or decisions you take based on AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.


9. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country. Before going to court, please write to help@wiply.net: most problems can be solved quickly. EU consumers can also use an alternative dispute resolution body.
