Confirm the Account
To finish creating an account, you need to confirm that you own the email or mobile phone number that you used to create the account:
- To confirm your mobile number, enter the code you get via text message (SMS) in the Confirm box that shows up when you log in. Learn what to do if you didn’t get the SMS.
- To confirm your email, click or tap the link in the email you got when you created the account. Learn what to do if you can’t find the email.
Confirming your email or mobile number helps us know that we’re sending your account info to the right place.
Note: Please confirm your email or mobile number as soon as possible. You may not be able to use your account until you confirm your email or mobile number.
If you do not confirm your account, it may be deleted after one year of inactivity.
We’re sorry you’re having trouble confirming your mobile number. Here are some things you can try:
Check the number that you entered
- View the mobile number you entered.
- If you entered the wrong number, then enter the correct number and click Add.
Re-send the SMS
- Click Send SMS Again.
Use only the email instead
- Enter your email and click Add.
- Try confirming your Wiply account with your email instead of a mobile number.
Check the number that you entered
- to view the mobile number you entered.
- If you entered the wrong number,
- Enter the correct number and continue.
Re-send the SMS
- Tap Send Code Again.
Use the email only instead
- If keep not sending the SMS then delete the number
- Use only your email and proceed.
If you created a Wiply account with an email, we sent a confirmation link to that email. If you can’t find your confirmation email:
- Check your junk mail folder. If you’re using Gmail, check your Social emails.
- Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the email again.
