1. Click Retry at the top of the Chats column.
2. Reload the page with Ctrl + F5 (Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
3. Close other Wiply tabs: the chat runs in one tab at a time. In other tabs, click Use here to move it.
4. Turn off ad-blockers or privacy extensions for wiply.net and try again.
