• Renewal: your plan renews automatically at the end of each month (or year) from your Wiply wallet. Keep enough credit in it before the renewal date.
• If the wallet is short on the renewal date, the plan ends and you go back to Free. You keep any credits you still have.
• Turn off renewal: in Cassy open Plans → Manage plan, then Turn off renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. You can turn renewal back on from the same page.
• Change plan: buy the other plan from Plans. The new plan starts today for a full period, at its full price; the remaining days of the old plan are not refunded.
• Buy the same plan again before it ends: a new period is added after the current one.
