Where each post is and what to do next.

The tabs in Publishing:

  • Drafts: posts you saved to finish later. Open one, complete it and schedule it.
  • Queue: everything waiting to be published or being published now. Use it to find and fix problems.
  • Approvals: posts waiting for a decision. See Approve your team's posts.
  • Campaigns and Labels: to organise posts. See Campaigns and labels.

What each status means:

Status Meaning
Draft Saved, not scheduled
Pending approval Waiting for a teammate's review
Scheduled / Queued Waiting for its publish time
Processing Being delivered to the social network now
Published Online on the network
Failed Couldn't be published. See A post failed to publish
