Find, rename, archive and delete conversations

Keep your side panel tidy.
  • Find: use the search at the top of the side panel to search your conversations.
  • Rename or delete: hover over a conversation in the side panel and open its menu.
  • Archive: archived conversations leave the side panel but are kept. Find them in the account menu → Archived chats.
  • Delete is permanent: a deleted conversation can't be recovered.
