1. Open AI Schedules and click Create AI schedule.
2. 1. Prompts: write one or more ideas. Describe your topic, audience, key facts and the result you want. Save the good ones to your prompt library.
3. 2. Destination channels: choose the accounts.
4. 3. Content settings: language, voice, whether to include hashtags, emoji, a call to action, and an AI image.
5. 4. Schedule: days and times, start and end date. With several prompts, each time slot uses the next prompt in turn.
6. Use Generate preview to see a sample post before you turn the schedule on.
7. Choose the Delivery mode: Publish automatically, or Create drafts for review so nothing goes out without your approval.

Saving doesn't create posts straight away: they are created at each scheduled time. Each post uses AI credits; you can set a monthly limit.
