Ask more directly, or check your plan and credits.
  • Ask directly what you want: "Create an image of…", "Search the web for…", "Make an Excel file with…".
  • Images: if Cassy offers code or a description instead of a picture, say "Use the image tool".
  • Credits: if your daily credits are finished, Cassy can't answer until they refill. See How credits work.
  • Some requests are refused on purpose: harmful content, pictures of real people, or other people's private information.
