1. Open Bulk Import and click Download CSV template.
2. Fill in one row per post. The columns are:
3. caption: the text of the post (required);
4. schedule_time: date and time as YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM, for example 2026-11-02 18:30 (optional);
5. link: a web address to add to the post (optional);
6. status_mode: draft or schedule. Empty means draft.
7. Save the file as CSV UTF-8 and upload it in 1. Upload your CSV.
8. In 2. Choose destinations, choose the channels. Each valid row creates one post on every selected channel.
9. Choose how to deliver: Create drafts for review, Schedule all valid rows, or use the mode written in each row. For rows without a date you set a start time and the minutes between posts.
10. In 3. Review your import, check every row. Rows with errors are explained and left out. Click Confirm import.

Good to know - Pictures can't be imported from the file yet: import the posts as drafts, then add pictures in Publishing. - Times in the past can't be scheduled. - Import history shows every file, its results, and lets you continue an import that stopped or download the rows with errors.
