If you set up Narendi yourself before it was built into Wiply, you chose your own security key, and Wiply doesn't have it. The first time, wiply.net asks for it once:

1. Enter the security key you saved when you set up Narendi.
2. Click Unlock. Wiply remembers it from now on.

Not now? Click Not now: you can still chat, and you can unlock later with Unlock at the top of the Chats column. Until then, older messages show a lock.
