1. Open RSS Schedules and click Create RSS Schedule.
2. 1. Feed source: paste the RSS address of the blog or news site and click Check feed & preview to see the articles. Checking doesn't create posts.
3. 2. Destination channels: choose the accounts that will receive the posts.
4. 3. Content rules: decide what goes in each post:
5. Include keywords / Exclude keywords to publish only matching articles;
6. Include article summary, or Omit article link;
7. Enable AI rewrite to have AI write a caption for each article, with a monthly credit limit;
8. a link tracking code to recognise visits that come from your posts.
9. 4. Schedule: choose the days and times when new articles are turned into posts, and an optional end date.
10. Choose the Delivery mode: Publish automatically, or Create drafts for review to check each post first.

You can pause a schedule at any time. The Activity shows every article found and what happened to it.
