1. Connect a social account in Channels.
2. Open Publishing and click New Post.
3. Choose the account in Choose one or more accounts.
4. Write the caption and add a picture or video.
5. Under When to post, pick Immediately or Specific Days & Times.
6. Click Publish Now or Schedule Post.
