1. Open Groups in the menu and choose Create.
2. Give it a name, a description and a privacy setting: Public, Closed (anyone can find it, only members see posts) or Secret (only members can find it).
3. Invite your friends.

As an admin you can approve members, pin posts and add other admins from the group settings.
